DSTAR Electric Ltd. specializes in repair, rewind, and overhaul of electrical rotating apparatus and associated equipment. We rewind and repair Liquid and Dry-Type transformers. We also service AC and DC motors from fractional horsepower to large industrial motors, generators, pumps, and welders.
DSTAR Electric Ltd. operates a multi-service facility that specializes in electric power equipment for the industrial and utility sectors. Established in Alberta in 1994, DSTAR Electric has been servicing local customers for over 30 years. Under the new management since 2015, DSTAR has expanded their reach to include Western and Northern Canada.
We have professional staff of certified journeymen and a P. Eng in-house whom have a combined level of experience of over a century. Our staff is skilled and experienced to service different apparatus. We constantly strive to adopt new technologies to be efficient and offer cost-effective solutions to our customer's needs. We are a 24/7 customer service provider and have continually expanded over the past number of years to add to our equipment & infrastructure.
